I’m Steffany, a degree-qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, passionate about helping women better understand their bodies and feel more confident in their health.
My approach is warm, considered and holistic, bringing together evidence-based naturopathy with herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle support and therapeutic touch. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, we explore the bigger picture and build simple, sustainable foundations that support you wherever you are in your health journey.
Jamu was born from my travels through Indonesia and a deep connection to my Javanese heritage. Inspired by the traditional turmeric and ginger drink, it embodies everything I believe in: nourishment, vitality and simple daily rituals that bring us back to ourselves.
