My journey with food began in the Whitsundays, where I had the opportunity to learn in vibrant restaurant kitchens, refining my skills at Lizard Island Resort, and later curating unique dining experiences aboard luxury superyachts. These diverse environments shaped my appreciation for fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and the transformative power of a well-crafted meal.

Now based on the beautiful Gold Coast, I’ve blended my passion for cooking with my studies in naturopathy to create a unique approach to food—one that’s nutritionally focused, holistic at its core, and grounded in the principles of natural health. My philosophy is simple: food should nourish both the body and the soul. I prioritise organic, sustainably sourced produce wherever possible, creating meals that support our local growers and overall well-being.
